Went running again today. It felt a lot better than the last time. I’m still maintaining a slow to medium pace until I get back into better shape, then I’ll be flying! I have a routine of 3 different routes, 2 of them are 9 miles round trip each. The other one is killer, 14 fucking miles. I haven’t run that route since summer. I would normally do that route every Sunday.
Today, I ran my Holmes Lake route. It’s not as pretty or scenic as the one out to Pioneer Park. There’s more traffic I have to cross. I stick to mostly bike paths. When I reached Holmes Lake, I rested for a few minutes. I’m so glad I did, because I saw this beautiful girl doing her exercise. She was only walking and she wasn’t sweating, good thing. She was wearing short exercise shorts and a tight t-shirt. It was quite an appetizing sight. She was gorgeous!
I’m not as sore this time, because I’m not running after a long layoff. One of the best feelings about running is the rest afterwards. It feels good to just sit back and enjoy watching the Lakers playing basketball in this condition. Today, I had a good bonus. A beautiful girl along my route!

It’s been about 3 weeks since I last ran and it was tough and tedious the first mile. I toughed it out and after that it was just second nature to me, I maintained a slow to medium pace. When I was younger, I hated running but it’s became quite addicting once I started. The first summer I started running, I manage to lose 50 lbs. I’m in much better shape now. If I can only get motivated to lift weights.
