I haven’t blog very much lately. Been busy with the new job. It’s a lot of work for very little pay, but I have bills to pay. It’s very tiring.

Now, onto the good stuff. I made some new wallpapers of airplanes, I gave them a sketch like effect with GIMP. I decided to buy a Hanns·G HG-281DPB 27.5 inch widescreen monitor when I have enough money. It’s resolution is 1920X1200, so I’ll start making my wallpapers in that size now. From the reviews that I read, it’s the perfect monitor for me. The screen is huge and it’s only $330! Can’t wait!

What’s the deal with me and wallpapers? I can’t stop making them! Again, I edited these pictures with Gimp and gave them a sketching, drawing effect. They are all high resolution with low compression. Each one is 1680×1050, so they are quite big in size but they are worth it. Trust me.

These are my latest and greatest wallpaper creations. I edited the pictures to look like drawings with Gimp. The F-22 Raptor is beautiful aircraft, but it’s so damn expensive. It is quickly becoming my favorite aircraft. So sleek and so futuristic, it’s hard not like it. As an added bonus, I have a wallpaper for the F-35 Lightning II at the bottom.

These are very similar to the previous wallpapers I posted. I reduced the text size and made the resolution a more standard 1680X1050 size, instead of 1600X900. I touched up the original pictures a little, mainly fixing the lighting. There’s not much I can do to improve the pictures, Evangeline Lilly is already drop dead gorgeous. Every man needs her as their wallpaper.
