I just got back from talking to the human resource manager that interviewed me for the job. I thought orientation would happen today, but it’s actually tomorrow. It’s at the home office for the company, which is 3 miles from my apartment. I don’t have a car so I’m still figuring out which route to take with the bus. The difficult thing is that about 2 hours later, they want me to go back to the store where I’m suppose to work and begin my training by shadowing some other workers. I’ll make it work somehow!
I am more anxious than nervous right now. This will probably be the last time I talk about anything related to work. The things I hear about what happened to other people that have done it and lost their jobs. I’m trying to establish an online comic book, so being anonymous is not my plan. I’ll be responsible for what I say and I posted my bio on this site. It’ll be nothing but trouble, but I’m just excited and wanted to say something.
Peace, I’ll be back.
